1 General Terms

The terms and conditions ("Terms") set out in this document apply to the use of the kul9 platform and all its associated services. By visiting the kul9 website or using its services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the kul9 platform.

• kul9 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.
• Continuing to use the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
• These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh.
• In the event of any dispute, kul9's decision will be considered final.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on kul9, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is for 21+ users only.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The account is strictly personal. It may not be operated on behalf of or for any third party.
• Keeping your account login credentials (username and password) secure is entirely your responsibility.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, you must notify the kul9 support team immediately.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to financial transactions on kul9:

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties or unnamed accounts are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment method used for the deposit.
• kul9 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
• Any withdrawal request may be held for review if fraud is suspected.

4 Bonuses & Promotions

The following conditions must be followed when claiming bonuses and promotional offers from kul9:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.
• Or deposit ৳16,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• Welcome bonus wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period. The bonus will be cancelled once the period expires.
• If kul9 finds evidence of bonus abuse, it reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Claiming a bonus from multiple accounts or from the same device will be considered bonus abuse.
• kul9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

5 Gaming Rules & Fairness

kul9 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment.

• All games are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures completely impartial outcomes.
• Live casino games use real dealers and all sessions are recorded.
• Odds displayed in sports betting markets are subject to change and may be updated at any time before an event.
• If a technical error results in an incorrect payout, kul9 reserves the right to correct that amount.
• If a game is interrupted due to a software or network issue, all disputes will be resolved based on kul9's server records.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kul9 platform:

• Fraud: Providing false information, making fraudulent payments, or using another person's identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the kul9 platform as a channel for laundering illegal funds.
• Technical Abuse: Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
• Collusive Betting: Placing coordinated bets through multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage from bonuses or promotions.
• Illegal Activities: Any activity that goes against the laws in force in Bangladesh.
• Threats or Harassment: Inappropriate conduct toward kul9 staff or other users.
• Underage Gaming: Operating an account for a person under 21 years of age or placing bets on their behalf.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

kul9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• If the information provided is found to be false or incomplete.
• Failure to complete identity verification or refusal to cooperate.
• Extended inactivity (more than 365 days).
• At the user's own voluntary request for self-exclusion.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.

In the case of account closure, kul9 will attempt to give the user reasonable notice; however, in cases of fraud or serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

8 Responsible Gaming
